No longer Doral and really going down hill

BJB Developers bought the building last year and they are living up to their (bad) reputation. Now called Millenium Park Plaza the only good thing about the building is its location near Millenium Park. Really terrible building to live in.
The remodeling they are doing looks nice when you walk thru but all done on the cheap and they whittled down the maintenance staff so low that your lease will probably run out before they fix anything.
