New ownership for the past year and really going down hill. Maintenance takes forever and management staff is very rude. Lots of long-term tenants are moving out in droves. Occupancy was so down they had to cut deals with university housing. Dirty hallways, broken elevators, old musty carpet, ugh.
For the high prices you would hope for better service and a world class building.

This message goes out the the management company of The Doral - You need to get the painters back up there to finish the job that they started. They did a terrible job and with in 6 months the paint is going to look worse than it originally did. I'm sure that it wasn't cheap and we all know that you are trying to turn your building's reputation around. Take a look at the paint job at the top of the building. I work across the way and it is BAD.
