Elm Street Plaza

Great Place to Live From: lguthman Date posted: 11/7/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   We have lived at Elm Street Plaza for about 1.5 years. We currently live on the top floor and haven't seen better views from anywhere in the city. The leasing office, doormen/women, and maintenance are top rate. The building's common areas were recently remodeled, but the specific apartments are beginning to show their age, although they are maintained well. Rent is on the highside, but not higher than market for a fully equiped building. Parking is available at the lot adjacent to the building for about $165/month (slightly lower than most lots in the area). I would highly recommend this building.
