Everything was great except the former manager and doorman

The building is nice and new...one of the nicest building on Dearborn St. However, I used to live there for 2 years. The former manager wasn't so nice. She and her staff tried to get into my apartment while I was in the bathroom taking a shower just because she wanted to check the A/C because the next apartment was complaining about the noise of A/C although I told them to come back later because I was naked!!! They acted rudely after I told them that I'm not ready to let them in right now. Finally, I was glad that a new manager was appointed and she was downgraded to assistant to manager. I think she's still working there right now.
A doorman which usually work during the night shift wasn't so nice either. He usually smokes outside the building and never open the door to anyone. Once, I asked him if he saw the staff at the parking lot because the passing card wasn't working. He didn't even try to help so I walked away. Then he approached me and told me to apologize to him...what did I do''' how rude!!!
