Nice, but does not lack flaws

Apartment is very spacious and with multiple rooms. More than I expected. Door and office staff are very friendly and helpful. There is some outside noise, even though I live on an outside floor. This is expected, especially on the weekends (I live near Rush St., which is nightclub central). The main concern is the noise within. The walls are paper thin, so I can even hear my neighbor talking sometimes. Plus, it is very easy for my peace and quiet to be violated since my dear neighbor is in love with hip hop. It is sometimes a nightmare. On top of this, I can hear every footstep my neighbor above me makes--and every heavy thing he/she drops. This happens for two possible reasons: the neighbor is exceptionally heavy or the floors are make from cheap material. Another thing I dislike is that residents must pay $175 a month just to use the garage. Whenever I decide to buy a car, I will move out first. If it were not for this, my Elm Street Plaza experience would be great!
