Very Nice Location, Very Friendly and Professional Staff

I moved to Elm Street Plaza three months ago. I almost made a decision not to move in due to some of the recent reviews I had read. However, after my conversation with one of the many friendly and professional staff members, I decided to take a "risk" and I am glad now that I did! I have never written a review before about anything but having read some of the recent reviews and having experienced the kindness and responsiveness of the management here, I thought the least I could do is to write down what I have experienced first hand basis.
It goes without saying, the location is wonderful. It is just a walking distance to Michigan, to a lot of restaurants, shops, to the lake etc. I had read a few reviews about the safety of residents or that strangers using laundry room; I have not experienced such issues. So far, it has been just great. I have had a few requests with the apartment and the Maintenance Team has been most responsive and they went above and beyond the call. What else can anyone ask... I would recommend Elm Street Plaza if you are looking for a great place to live.
