Building Engineer RUDE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   I have lived in this building for a year and a half and have had plenty of run-ins with him. He is rude and has a horrible temper. Marcel continually yells at residents and even goes so far pry into peoples' lives. I cannot wait until my lease is up. I want to move out so bad!!
