Before I moved to Chicago I read the reviews on here and was a little hesitant about moving in but I couldn't be happier!! I have a little studio facing the lake and I have a view of downtown from my bed. Everything was new when I moved in, they are renovating the building. I would have liked granite countertops and stainless steel appliances but everything looks modern. My dishwasher leaked when I first moved in but they fixed it right away. I have never lived in a highrise before this one and there are so many amenities and services. There is a 24 hour doorman, 24 hour valet guys for parking, and a 24 hour fitness center. The apartments are very quiet as well. I am very confused at the person who said the walls were paper thin....

The best part about living here is the location! This is quite possibly the best location in Chicago. I have not been here for a summer yet but I hear it is amazing and I am right by North Avenue Beach, I am very excited. This place is expensive but now I realize it is definitley worth it.
