Eugenie Terrace at the Park

 
Eugenie Terrace is a wonderful place to live! The location is ideal, surrounded by so many great restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Eugenie staff is one of a kind and always willing to lend a helping hand. The maintenance crew has even come to my apartment on weekends to help me out, free of charge. The amenities make the rent well worth it. A great gym ,a beautiful pool, and a welcoming top floor common area (with a pool table, wi fi, free coffee, and big screen TVs) are all part of Eugenie's charm. I have lived in my apartment for a year and a half and the only complaint that I can think of is the air-condition is turned off in September so warmer fall days can be a bit toasty. There is always something fun going on at Eugenie whether it be book club or First Friday of the Month parties on the top floor. I would highly recommend joining the Eugenie community!
