I moved in seven months ago from out of state. The building is amazing and the location is the best in Chicago. I am a single woman who never feels uneasy walking around this area alone. It is within walking distance to everything I need. Just a $2 train ride from right outside the side door to Midway Airport, the Blue line train to O'Hare is right in front of the building and the redline is a street behind us. Bus service is convenient, extensive, efficient and cheap. You do not need a car in this area of the city at all. 7-Eleven, hair salon, drycleaners and martini bar are located on the main floor. Party room, laundry and work out rooms are on the 19th floor.

Move in's are handled with ease and my apartment was spotless and freshly painted. Our manager Shawn is friendly, responsive and will try to help you all he can. Leasing manager Brandy is great,very knowledgeable and interested in taking care of you. Our concierges Lisa, Nathan and Trent are fabulous, very attentive, friendly and cannot help you enough. You can never walk by the desk without being greeted with a friendly hello and a smile from any of them. I have been taken well care of at the Fisher Building and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone of any age who is looking for a wonderful rental experience. I plan to stay here long term.

My apartment is wonderful, 10'ceilings, bright with hardwood floors and lots of closet space. The hallways are always clean and bright. The lobby is beautiful. This is a wonderful restoration of a former office building and is on the Historic Registry in Chicago. A fabulous location, beautiful building, great staff and teriffic apartment! What more could you want!

sounds like a staff memeber wrote this because its the same thing i was told when moving in....and it's all LIES. i moved out and i couldn't be happier.
