good deal considering location

The location is great: easy access to buses, the el and just minutes to the loop.
My apartment was very clean when I moved in, and the kitchen is new.

However, management is a bit slow responding to maintenance requests and the heat is turned all the way on (and I can't control it).

Personally I would like a more neighborhoody feel, but I really can't complain about being basically downtown.
