The Grand is Not Grand At All From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   This property HAD great potential, however the management company is totally rude and unprofessional. You will get sucked into all of the amenties, but they were always breaking down. Business center is a joke, computers slow and functions only half the time, "winter Atrium" flooded everytime it rained, this place is a joke, and for all of the money I paid in rent, horrible managemnt staff! WARNING STAY AWAY!
