Management staff was unprofessional and rude. I moved to Chicago from out of town and they were horrible in helping with the movers, etc. The pool is more like a small hot tub with too many kids who do not live in the apartment. It's way overpriced for what you get.

SHUT UP. This place rocks. You're just a tool from small town USA that wants everyone to be nice to you. The staff is efficient, but not necessarily your best friend. My only complaint is that someone keeps stealing the swiss resistance balls from the GYM. Put them back for chrissake. Whoever's stealing them is probably some fat-ass fool thinking it's funny. It's not.
The bldg. is awesome, by the way
