NO AIR CONDITIONING IN SPRING!

The management company will NOT agree to turn on the air conditioning until June 1st even though it can get well into the 80s in the units when the temp outside is only in the 60s. It doesn't cool off much at night, even when the lows outside are in the 50s or upper 40s. You can't sleep with your windows open because of the horrible noise from the traffic below, especially the constant sirens from the fire station across the street.

I'm a resident at Grand Plaza. This review is totally incorrect; the air conditioning has been on in the building for at least two weeks as of May 16, 2007.
