WE LOVE THE LOCATION, BUT SLOWLY AMENITIES ARE DETERIORATING.

NEIGHBOURS SEEM TO BE CONSTANTLY CHANGING AT THE MOMENT AND NEW RESIDENTS DON'T HAVE RESPECT FOR THEIR NEIGHBOURS.

THERE IS AN ETIQUITTE TO APARTMENT LIVING WHICH NOW SEEMS TO BE LACKING IN THIS BUILDING.

HATS OFF TO THE MANAGEMENT - THEY RECENTLY DID A SURVEY AND SEEM TO BE TRYING TO REDEEM THE BUILDING - BUT IT MAYBE TOO LATE.

WE ARE THINKING OF MOVING ON - THERE ARE NEWER BUILDINGS WITH UPDATED AMENITIES, FOR A SIMILAR RENT.

THE MOST THIS BUILDING HAS GOING FOR IT NOW, IS IT'S HANDY LOCATION.
