I spent 3 years as a rental tenant in this building, apt 609. I wanted to let you know: It is haunted. A young dark haired fellow, about 5'10", 155 pounds, caucasian, well dressed. "Falls" down from the rafters into the dining area of the unit. You will hear him hit. He also walks outside (6th floor) the windows. He doesn't cotton to bad people, he grabbed a "friend" of mine and slammed him against the shower wall. When you are down and lonely, hurting, he will want to get into bed with you. You will feel him move covers and his weight on the bed, no matter where you have the bed. To good people he is protection. To bad people he is a threat.
