Fine by me From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Worked out just fine for me. Live there from 8/05 to 9/06. I am returning to Chicago and am considering living there again while I search for a condo to purchase. They renovated the gym in 2006, so it's very nice now, with updated equipment, tvs, etc. Also, the hall carpets have been redone. Very convenient to bus stops & Metra. Guaranteed, reserved parking. Courteous staff & management.
