Due to economic restraints, I was forced to downsize from my 2 bedroom apartment into a studio. I was not willing to move away from the downtown area so I had to find something just right. I have a dog and they allow all sized pets with no move in fee! I have to admit, it was hard at first moving into something much smaller than what I am used to, but it actually feels good - less to clean and smaller carbon footprint! I was able to get rid of my car and save a ton that way too. Overall: nice management, clean hallways, nice yard out front, no major complaints, yet.
