If being close to downtown is what you're looking for, this is the place to move.

The apartments in Lake Meadows are completely overrated. For starters, the apartments are the size of a closet. The carpet and blinds are both cheap and stain easily. There is always a plumbing issue and the ventilation is terrible. The walls are paper-thin so you are able to hear your neighbor's entire phone conversation as well as the elevators each time they pass. The Laundry facility is not operational or secure. There are not enough parking spaces available for the tenants and the security is worthless. The main front door is frequently left open and the back is broken often to the point that it does not close on its own or lock half the time. The windows are also unstable. With all this said, Lake Meadows still manages to increase their rent price every year. Living here for the convenience of being close to downtown is not worth your piece of mind. Their buildings are like a revolving door and at this point, it seems as if they are allowing anyone to move in to continue receiving revenue.
