I got it from apartmentguide.com, the first look, a 50 years old building it doesn't look like 50 years old design. a large green zone and parking place, and after a nice agent show me the model, the great lake view totally rob my heart. they don't have A/C, but comparing with Prairie Shore, $20 more per month with A/C, just use 2 month a year, I thing the price is very reasonable. I can't buy a A/C spending $120.
But! everybody say east side Chicago is no a safe place. then I drive my car into the parking lot at midnight after my work. the parking is totally full, I can't found 1 more space for park my car, That mean it will be a trouble for me. Then I stop the car at the driveway, Watching everything for more then 15 minutes, as I park the car illegally, I notice there are no secure man in charge, if I was a criminal I can rob a car or something and no body know...... The second time I drive in at midnight, I found a lot space for parking, but no secure either. If I move in I need install a alarm for my car.

I really like the lake view and the place. do somebody tell me, do I move in or no'

Move in, you'll be fine. There are lots of international students that live here too, so I think you will like that.
