That's right, it's 2009, 90 degrees outside, and the apartments here do not have air conditioning. This is something they don't mention when they show you the air conditioned model apartment, which has window AC units. Your only option is to buy window units yourself and pay them to install them when you move in, since they have to specially cut the window glass to do this. A little of your view then gets taken away, plus you have to pay them AGAIN to replace the window glass when you move out. What a bum deal!

Actually there is no fee when you move out. Lake Meadows will actually remove your ac without charging you.
