I lived here on 2 occassion. It is section 8 throughout . It is half taken care because mangament is trying to get her bonus. Nothing is renovated in the facility . I have saw gang bangers inside and outside they dont perfoem a thourougl background check . It feels like the projects. I would receommend it if your ghetto faboulous. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

The truth of the matter is that Lake Shore Plaza is 20% Section 8, as are several high rise apartment buildings in this market. The comment about nothing being renovated in the building is false. The fitness center has brand new flooring an 90% brand new equipment. I have lived in the building for over 5 years, and have never had a problem with so called "gang-bangers".(bigotted speculation) One might ask this person why she rented at this building on two different occassions if it were that horrible. The answer is that she is obviously not that bright (did you get a load of the spelling and grammar?)
