Lake Shore Plaza is surprisingly cheap for all the amenities it offers. I have lived here for a year and I have been very happy. I have only had to call maintenance once, and they fixed my problem the same day.

One reviewer mentioned bugs and mice, but I have never seen either one in my apt, perhaps because I am on an upper floor.

I am pretty sure that the building manager, Patty, wrote this one herself. Take a look at the overall rating of this place and judge for yourself about the quality of the building.
