Started off good, now it's awful!

Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2006-01-01

The only problems I've encountered were the HUD tenants. If you enjoy loud music, drugs, cigarette smoke or vomit in the hallways this is the place to be. The problem seems to get better if you're in one of the higher floors, but don't bother. I won't be renewing my lease, which is a bummer because the location is great. Also, the view of the lake is about to be blocked on the northside with a condo building. Buh-bye.
