Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, it does. I live in a high rise for the convenience of it. I loved being able to have packages or other items delivered without me being there, or, when the cable comes, for instance, having maintenace be able to let them in the unit. Well, all of that has changed. Patty, the dictator that she thinks that she is, has taken everything away from the building. Now, the doorman can no longer accept packages. Permissions to enter can only be done 9-5 Monday through Friday, and you have to deal with Management in order to do this. Patty has decided to close the Management Office on the weekends. So, those of us who work have no ability to even speak with Management or sign the papers to get the permission to enters.

Also, Patty has changed the cameras in the building so, instead of focusing on the lobby, they are focusing on the doorman, as if the doorman are children who need supevision. THE DOORMEN ARE THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE BUILDING!

Patty also keeps insisting that residents fill out questionairs, and if you refuse, your card that gives you entry to the laundry room, gym, etc. is disconnected. I don't believe that filling out papers on a regular basis was any part of my lease.

Patty treats everybody in the building, including the doormen so horribly. She has fired minority staff members without even thinking about it. Thankfully, those staff members have all filed lawsuits and have won! Not only does she think that she is a dictator, she also thinks that she is above the law.

I know that she has read some of these review and, now is blaming these reviews on her employees. I have actually heard her openly berate Simona, one of the only helpful, nice, and decent individuals in the management office.

People have asked Patty for the names of Cathy's boss. Patty has blatantly refused to give the names of her bosses.

Paula, head of leasing, is just as bad as Patty. The only time she will even smile or speak to you is if she is showing a resident around the building. Other than that, she is rude, mean, and seems to be a very unhappy person. I haven't had many bad dealings with Jack, other than the fact that he just refuses speak.

Oh, and the elevators are still broken. You have to wake up 1/2 hour early just to get to work on time.
