What are the best floors on this building. I have a choice of 9th, 21st, or 23rd floor. Can some residents or former residents give their opinions please? P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

any floor.....as long as it's the building across the street.

the higher up you go, the less riff-raff there is definitely take a higher floor if you're going to come here (but beware of the problems...see my honest review under "Where can you lodge a formal complaint with the city"). I have friends that live across the street (at 420 E. Ohio)...if you can afford to live there, I'd definitely do it. |
