Have had numerous problems, most noteably cigarette smoke leaking into my apartment from the stairwell across the hall, which is supposed to be smoke free, but is not regulated. I am allergic to cigarette smoke, but was told that nothing could be done when I asked management for help. In fact, I was told that there was no way I'd ever be able to prove that people were smoking in the stairwell, and that I shouldn't bother taking legal action... Really disappointing.
