The leasing office and management office may seem nice and professional at first but they take a much different attitude once they have your signature on the lease. The building has been mis-managed for years and the new building manager is no better. The staff lacks any level of professionalism and integrity. They take andvantage of the cheap rent and location and treat their tenants poorly, unless of course you are a section 8 tentant.
