First of all, these people are so harsh - the building management is great. Its like I always say, you get treated the way you treat people. I moved into the building February and I have had no issues. Yes, Paula is awful - just downright degrading and condesending. I am a young professional and show nothing but class, so yes, she is just a sad lady and takes it out on everyone.

The doormen are magnificent. I feel safe in all places in this building!

Its got great new kitchens and the views are amazing!

I don't understand - if the management's (read: Paula) behaviour is as unprofessional as you describe, how can you recommend living there? Additionally, with the four new high-rises that have been built within one block of the building, the number of apartments with "views" are surely diminishing!
