I am a student and live on a high floor.
The rent is very reasonable especially for all the amenities and what you get. You can't find any other place downtown for the same price that gives you giant walk in closets that make my friends jealous.
I have a very large bedroom and for living by myself, I have plenty of space. There's plenty for 2 people to live in one bedroom.
I have only ever had one maintenance request since living here and they fixed it the next day.
The doormen are very friendly and nice about calling me and letting my guests up.
I have never had a problem with anyone in the building including section 8 tenants. Since I am a full time student and work part time, I have been in and out of the building at all hours of the day/night. I have never run into a problem with anyone. The building is very safe and the people are pretty nice.

I would highly recommend to young couples or singles who want to live downtown.

while i might agree that the front doormen are fantastic...the lack of attention to tenant complaints (like cigarette smoke "leaking" into your apartment is "not management's responsibility" is utterly UNACCEPTABLE. please...understand that this establishment is a "value" location. and unfortunately, you will get less than you pay for.
