This place has THE WORST MANAGEMENT STAFF ever! they are rude, condescending and really do not care of the maintenience or management of the building. they take forever to address anyone's complaints, and everything must be on their own terms. the elevators are ALWAYS broken, you will be waiting for at least 10-15minutes on any given day (i lived at the fairly high level as well.) i have heard reports (although i myself have never witnessed) of people who have seen people constantly high in their hallways. i know of one tenant who had their apartment burglarized and was told by the police that they suspected an INSIDE job! NO announcement was ever made to the rest of the building. and then when that tenant wanted to get a deadbolt installed, they were told that management would not pay for it. the management staff are not reasonable people, at all. one person was not allowed to park in the parking garage because they garage opener stopped working and because their job did not allow them to get to the management office in time to switch it (despite the fact that it reportedly took the management weeks to return their multiple complaint calls) they were not allowed to park in the garage, despite the fact that they were still paying for the spot. there is always shady characters that are about. this place is horrible. doormen are nice, but it's the managment that really blows

OMG - what floor was the burgulary on? When did this happen? The garage door situation blows my mind - I would throw a FIT if they did not let me park there - especially after paying $225/month! Thank god I have not had as bad of a situation as you did, but I agree, Doorman are great!
