An All Around 10!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   We moved here four years ago and just renewed for a fifth. Our Building Manager is not only an excellent one, he goes beyond the call of duty by having tenant roofdeck parties, stays involved in the community and keeps us informed of events and what goes on in the neighborhood. Our maintenance calls have always been remedied quickly and in the midst of this blazing summer our a/c always worked. We originally planned to live here for a couple years but frankly have seen nothing that comes close to the charm, competance, and all-around excellent experience we have had here.
