Not happy. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Moved in the place and the unit was not clean. Also as reassurance about the rail noise, the manager said that the rail stops running at 11 p.m. I quickly realized after moving in that the rail runs pretty much all night. In fact the hours are 4 a.m. to 12:40 a.m.
