Three years ago my husband and I moved into our spacious Lake St. Loft apartment after several years of being cramped in a crappy 'vintage' Lincoln Park apartment. Our great room is huge and open to the kitchen which is perfect for entertaining. The exposed timber columns, extremely high ceilings, as well as exposed brick really add character to our apartment. Every guest we've had over has been in awe. Our apartment faces east and we have an awesome skyline view. The central air and heat is ideal - you certainly don't get that in Lincoln Park! And I've always felt extremely safe - double locking doors in the main vestibule and heavy solid wood entry doors to the units. Our car is always nice and cozy in our heated garage space. And speaking of parking - Marc from the management company has always been very accomodating when I've asked for guest parking. Our out-of-town guests love the peace of mind of having a temporary parking space - gated or garage. Street parking is never a problem either and certainly safe. I love the Fulton Market neighborhood. The guys at the nearby Meat Market are always friendly on my morning walk to the Halsted Bus - and it sure is convenient for buying that holiday ham! I can't say enough about living here - our experience has been a great one. One that we would repeat. Oh and by the way - the Reserve and Chromium are both closed now! Reserve is being transformed into a restuarant - it's been months without the late night 'thumping!'

Thanks for the kind words, but for those making the unfounded comments, maybe you should spend more of your time working instead of lurking on websites.
Just because someone has a positive experience does not mean you have any right to make implications.
If you didn't like it here, fine. You had your say. Now move on.

No he did not. I've obviously had a better experience here than you. And I can't explain that - some people are glass half full kind of people and others are glass half empty. You must be the latter. If you don't like it here - move out......
