They are definitely behind schedule. I think there is some legal issues here The common areas on the upper floor were supposed to be ready by January and I doubt if they will be ready by end of April. Haven't delivered the social activities as promised. Projection room not working and is taking long to fix. Nice lobby. Nice concept if ever finished. Excellent location
