Wouldn't move

I've never lived in a place where I actually enjoyed the few minutes writing my rent check every month - not so much giving them money, but the few minutes talking to the entire management team is always delightful. If it weren't for the building, I would have hated living in Chicago. Coming home to a nice place to live, with mostly nice people around makes it worth the higher price I pay in rent.
I don't personally take much advantage of the amenities - occasionally use the movie room, and often use the hot tub, but they are all great.
The only negative comment I have concerns some of the residents - and I emphasize 'some', that refuse to be quiet and seem to think they are still in a college dorm. That was frustrating, but management was prompt to take care of the problems, and have fulfilled every promise they made to me.
I would recommend this building to anyone - highly recommend.
(The amenities are also a very nice perk when it comes to impressing friends - incredible view with a rooftop unmatched by anything I've seen)

this review looks like it was written by a staff member or a friend of theirs (and many of the staff hang out with the party people in the building ... the inmates are in charge and all that). Management has NEVER been able to remediate ANY problem unless it was of a maintenance issue (and Roy and Juan are both great). They do nothing really, but rip us off with the ridiculous AUM payments (pro-rated payments for water, trash, everything - and no one tell you about this when you apply for an apartment!!)...
