Just moved in recently. I am trapped here. This building has lots of problems. Yesterday there is no AC for 6 hours. It is summer now.

Yes this was really bad. However it was a Sunday. They did have someone out as soon as possible and even on a Sunday evening they were able to get it fixed. I have to admit that I was annoyed, but at least it was not all night.
