I lived there and I tell you this village green building is a joke.
The High gas & light bills
( nothing green about this green building except plants)
the fake roof top Deck that is the management don t want you to use.
it only has one BBQ Grill that don't work.

The swimming pool you CANT USE
The fire places that never work.
The outdoor media like watching a movie never works.
Management are bunch of liers will promise u anything to get you to sign a lease.
The one computer in the business office that u can never use.

the One front desk greeters has a GOD complex and calls the tenants spoiled little rich kids. They even call the police on you if your friends don't fit the status quo.
One person said that over 10 police officers was called cus a few friends were in a public area drinking some beers on a sat night.

Elevators are always breaking down.
There is no security in this place period.

Apts get broken into weekly

Bums break into your cars outside and even beg u for change in front of the building.

The management office is a joke.

The worst building downtown I ever stayed in.

So what happened? Sounds like you were drinking too much beer in the lobby and not paying your rent! I just moved in here and have had a great time- concierge Norma is awesome, she reminds me of Alice from the Brady Bunch- Rooftop is the best I have been to since I moved downtown- Pay your rent on time and quit complaining!
