I have lived at MDA for a few months, and I am in love with it. Lindsay in the leasing office is AMAZING- The place is Spotless... all the time! The roof terrace is the best I have seen in Chicago. The finishes in the units are quality of condos- nothing cheap, like most new apartments. Washer and Dryer in the units! seriously HUGE bathrooms. Outstanding Movie room. Great work out facilities. 1/2 block from the the El! Wonderful concierge staff! Best of all, I feel very safe here! I promise you wont regret living here!
