	another party on the roof last night ... folks i had never seen before streaming up and down until the buildin tried to get a grip on things at about 11:00...didn't really help. hard to get a good nights sleep ... more

	If you still could fall into sleep even though there are parties at hallway, then you could consider this building. Noise is a big issue here.
