Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Two words: pimp dentist. Two more: corrupt Board.

But the neighbors (the ones older than age 30 and higher than floor 30 who don't spit and toss firecrackers off the gigantic balconies) are community oriented, the location and views can't be beat, the wraparound roofdecks are to die for, and you walk everywhere.

And occasionally share an elevator with someone in glitter boots and hot pants.
