Management is the worst I've seen.

They never fix anything and if they do they manage to charge it to the tenant - if you refuse to pay they threaten to take it out of the deposit anyway.

EXCUSES! The ladies sit pretty in the air conditioned offices and manage to make every excuse on earth for not fixing things - its too old so cant be fixed.

WOW! Anyways I am out of here thanks to them! Good luck if you plan to move here.

Managements sucks.

This is a CONDOMINIUM building, not rental apartments. This means maintenance on your unit is the responsibility of the owner of the unit, not the "ladies sitting pretty in the air conditioned offices".

I love this place!!! The safest place I've been in. The view is immaculate. The tenants are friendly. My guests are soooo Impressed with the large balconies and views. I feel rich living here. It gets no better!!!!!
