If you want a safe and well-maintained and well-managed highrise, this is perfect. Parking is a hassle though the valet parking garage below offers a significant discount with respect to the area. Convenient location. 3-4 blocks from buses that run frequently. Some units have lake views. This is good place for transients. I felt like a dork living here and paying so much when I can live in an equally decent apartment in a different area for cheaper so I moved but my experience was great and you cannot beat the location.
