Hideous Management

You'll find that the management here is completely unwillingly to do anything but keep you talking to the flunkies who answer the phones. The concierge was dismissed--without the tenants knowing ; the 24 hour security was dismiised--without the tenants knowing; the elevators never work--and the tenants know this one.
The place is hideous. And it's turning into a dorm for Northwestern students.
