Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
My heating bill runs in the 80 dollar range, and I live in a one-bedroom. The gas bill is per square foot so when I was gone for 2 months I still received huge gas bills. The managment is horrible. The office is never open. They don't respond to complaints. Also homeless people sleep right outside. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
