We've had several problems with this complex. Although I've never seen spiders or had problems with the elevators, here are some of the issues weāve encountered:
The bathroom is prone to overflowing unless the door is open when you flush the toilet.
The kitchen counter top is cheap and damages easily.
Our dishwasher leaked and maintenance left pieces of it on the floor until they finally replaced it a month later.
They have very poor insulation in the apartments. We are both non-smokers, but our apartment frequently smells like a downtown bar. We have had maintenance come up twice and they said they can't do anything about it. We have duct taped our vents in order to temporarily fix the issue until we move out, but the smoke has seeped in through our bathroom sink. Itās disgusting.
The parking fee has raised $70 since we moved in only four months ago.
The dry cleaning onsite doesnāt pay attention. Iāve asked them twice to fix some buttons and both times it wasnāt done.
The staff is nice, but the staff doesnāt live with us. The problems that have arisen during our time here is unacceptable when we are paying close to $2000 in bills, fees, and rent associated with this apartment complex. When looking at the apartments it is attractive. There are a lot of amenities onsite such as laundry, grocery store, dry cleaning, gym, dentistsā. Etc. However, these amenities wonāt mend what has happened.
