Love apt, view, price and staff. National company with great rep and services. Don't bother reviewing petty complaints - Mgt is great - complainers must not address issues with mgr or have rediculous expectations. If they are concerned about gas costs - blame pres. bush. We have lived here 3 yrs - no probs - no rent or gas increase until this year - very fair - bldg well maintained.
