This place is poorly managed. The leasing agent I dealt with never returned calls or responded to my online requests. It was a nightmare every time a new lease was due. In my situation, I believe one of the assistant mgrs was unethical in his actions toward me. He should be ashamed of his actions and he and the leasing agent should be fired.

I received a call just before moving out from the bldg mgr...accidently. She meant to call another aptmt. She was apologizing for the water that had flooded that aptmt.

I was told by one of the maintenance guys that 3 floors of apartments were flooded recently. I kept hearing about apartments being flooded the entire time I lived there. I knew that something happened for sure when our heat was off during 2 very cold days in Jan 2005 because "pipes burst."

Make sure you have renters' insurance and water damage coverage if you move here...

I regularly had to wash my hair in my kitchen sink because of soot in the bathroom water. When I called maintenance they apologized and told me the office's response was to let it run until the water was clear. When it got like that letting it run wasn't going to help it.

The heat and air conditioning is either on or off. You can't regulate it. Sometimes you don't even get an on or off choice because something was turned on through my studio kitchen vents at random times that I couldn't turn off no matter how hot it got.

If you like fresh air you will be miserable here. There are no windows. You don't think about it when you move in during the winter but when the weather starts to turn nice it drives you crazy to have little 2 inch high air slots.

The maintenance, receiving and door staff are terrific. The location is great. The price you have to pay after adding in the gas bill doesn't match up to all the problems with the bldg and the mgmt office. It isn't worth it. It was a nightmare for me.
