Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I have lived in McClurg Court for the past two years because I am a Northwestern University student and this apartment is really close to my school.
Last year they changed the management office from Charles Smith to RMK. Honestly, when Charles Smith managed the building it was a really great place to live. After RMK took over things got really bad. The leasing office, particularly Theresa and Holly, are rude and prices went up BY FAR.
I decided to make a little survey aroun the area and I found lots of places who are better and CHEAPER than McClurg. When my lease expires in a couple of months, I will be moving into Onterie Center 1 block away. I found a 1 bedroom apartment for a lower price and I have lots of benefits (gym & pool). RMK is currently charging higher prices and you don't have anything, no gym, no pool, etc...
Thank you for nothing RMK, I guess you really deserve all the bad reviews!
