Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2009
I've lived here for about 20 years, and have seen management changes. For the most part, this building has given me what I wanted. Great location, acceptable amenities, close proximity to work, Dr., Dentist, my favorite stores, etc. Transportation to and from has never been a problem. The office staff is friendly and helpful. If one of them doesn't know the answer to your problem, another will.
Management is hard-working and pleasant, which is admirable given the size of this property. And one more thing, unlike other buildings in this area, this building actually feels like a real neighborhood. I think I'll stay another 20 years or so.
